- What time is check in and check out?
- Check-in from 12:30 p.m. Check-out before 12:00 p.m.
- Can I leave the room late?
- It is not possible to extend the check-out time, however we offer a left luggage service in reception for as long as you need.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
- All the rooms have twin beds, but if you want a double bed, please contact us and we will prepare an imperial bed (two single beds joined together) before your arrival.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
- The majority of our rooms have a balcony. To reserve an exterior room please make your request when making your reservation.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
- Yes, the hotel has four floors of rooms for non-smokers
- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
- The hotel has 9 floors and a lift (elevator).
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
- The rooms are equipped with air-conditioning or heating, depending on the time of year which can be adjusted individually
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
- The hotel does not have adapted rooms for disabled guests.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
- Yes. We can look after your luggage in reception for as long as you need.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
- We offer parking facilities on request in a nearby building with a cost of €17 per night (2009). Spaces are limited. The hotel has a reserved space in front of the hotel for loading and unloading where you can park your vehicle for a few minutes while you check in and receive instructions on how to access the car park

- Yes, we have an Internet corner in reception. We also have Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.

- The hotel has some interior rooms which are quieter and may be requested when making your reservation.
